What is Sustainability?

At Blue Star, we define Sustainability as "the ability to meet our needs today without compromising the ability of future generations to meet theirs." This implies environmental, quality and social responsibility.

Our oceans comprise roughly 70% of the earth’s surface. The abundant and diverse oceanic Ecosystems provide a livelihood to millions of people worldwide. Due to unregulated and unethical fishing practices, however, our ocean’s fish populations face potential danger.

By making sustainability a global effort, we have the power to reverse this threat.
